My experience is primarily in Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing and Non-Profit organizations. I have managed multiple departments, including Audit, Inventory Control, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Warehouse operations, Information Technology and Human Resources. I was selected as the CFO to join the CEO in 10 retail turnarounds and I was a long term CFO in manufacturing. My experience also includes financial management with a start up that grew to $300 million in annualized sales in three years, and two companies with revenues exceeding $10 billion in annual sales. Over the years I have learned how to successfully analyze business needs and implement appropriate projects including three successful ERP systems. I have successfully managed large groups of employees, several of them moved on to greater roles including CFO and CIO. My passion is helping individuals and companies grow successfully.
